Cookie Dough Mug Cake


  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1 egg

  • 3/4 cup coconut sugar

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 1/3 cup avocado oil or neutral oil (such as canola oil)

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips

  • Himalayan Sea salt, for topping


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the wet ingredients. Add the avocado oil, egg, vanilla, and sugar and fold with a spatula.

  3. Then, add the dry ingredients into the bowl, add the almond flour and baking soda. Fold until the consistency becomes dense. Add in the chocolate chips.

  4. Pour batter into about 4-6 ramekins or a cake tray for blondies, and sprinkle some sea salt on top.

  5. Bake for about 10-15 minutes.
