Cookie Dough Mug Cake
Ingredients

1 cup almond flour

1 egg

3/4 cup coconut sugar

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1/3 cup avocado oil or neutral oil (such as canola oil)

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

3/4 cup chocolate chips

Himalayan Sea salt, for topping
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, combine the wet ingredients. Add the avocado oil, egg, vanilla, and sugar and fold with a spatula.

Then, add the dry ingredients into the bowl, add the almond flour and baking soda. Fold until the consistency becomes dense. Add in the chocolate chips.

Pour batter into about 4-6 ramekins or a cake tray for blondies, and sprinkle some sea salt on top.

Bake for about 10-15 minutes.
