Prebiotic Blueberry Muffins
Prebiotic Blueberry Muffins
Currently addicted to muffins these days and I find myself purchasing them way too often. Today I decided to create a muffin that I couldn't find on the market, and one that I've been craving little too much lately.

In a large bowl, combine eggs, coconut oil, vanilla, lemon juice, baking soda, flax meal, sugar, cinnamon, salt, and mix until well combined.
