Banana Muffins
Banana Muffins
Ingredients:

4 bananas
-
3 eggs
-
1 tablespoon almond butter
-
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
-
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
-
4 table spoons flax meal
-
2 teaspoon baking soda
-
1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup almond flour
-
3/4 cup Semi sweet chocolate chips
-
Avocado oil spray or baking spray
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Mash the bananas, and combine your wet ingredients in a bowl with eggs, almond butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and flax meal and baking soda and mix.

Add in the oat flour and almond flour, fold to combine with a rubber spatula.

Spray the muffin tray, make sure it gets evenly coated and greased. Place the mixture into the muffin tray, using a spoon

Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes. Let it cool for at least 30 minutes and carefully carve out each muffin using a knife.
