Banana Muffins

Banana Muffins

 

Ingredients:

  • 4 bananas

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 tablespoon almond butter

  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 4 table spoons flax meal

  • 2 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/2 cup oat flour

  • 1/2 cup almond flour 
  • 3/4 cup Semi sweet chocolate chips

  • Avocado oil spray or baking spray

 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Mash the bananas, and combine your wet ingredients in a bowl with eggs, almond butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and flax meal and baking soda and mix.

  3. Add in the oat flour and almond flour, fold to combine with a rubber spatula. 

  4. Spray the muffin tray, make sure it gets evenly coated and greased. Place the mixture into the muffin tray, using a spoon

  5. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes. Let it cool for at least 30 minutes and carefully carve out each muffin using a knife.
