Zucchini Chocolate Chip Cookies
Zucchini Chocolate Chip Cookies
With all of the fresh zucchini coming about in the garden I have to try and get creative and change things up. I decided to sneak some zucchini into a cookie, and the outcome was exceptional! Zucchini adds nutritional benefits, containing a variety of vitamins, minerals, and beneficial plant compounds. Cooked zucchini is particularly high in vitamin A, which supports your immunity and promotes vision. Additionally, zucchini is high in antioxidants and is an easier vegetable to digest. Your kids won't even realize the difference, and in fact, vegetables such as zucchini, sweet potatoes, and carrots tend to enhance dessert recipes!Zucchini Chocolate Chip Cookies
