Chop't Chicken Lettuce Cups
This recipe is freezer friendly- so you can store it and defrost for whenever you need a quick protein!
Ingredients

1 whole onion, diced (or one frozen bag of diced onions)

3 garlic cloves

1/2 tablespoon fresh ground ginger

One tomato, diced

1.5 lb ground chicken

1/4 cup water
-
Sriracha Hot sauce
-
Taco Seasoning
-
Hot Paprika
-
Red pepper flakes
-
Fresh Butter Lettuce
Instructions

Sauteè 3 cloves of finely chopped garlic, and one whole onion in a pot over medium heat.

Add in a half of a table spoon of ground ginger powder and one whole chopped tomato and mix in.

Once the whole mixture is cooked, add in 1.5 lb ground chicken and ¼ cup water and mix in. Let it cook for about 7 minutes, covered.

Once the chicken is starting to harden, add in the sriracha, a pinch of red pepper flakes, hot paprika, and tons of taco seasoning.

Clean butter lettuce and place chicken on top. Serve and Enjoy!
