Zaatar Crusted Branzino
Zaatar Crusted Branzino
Ingredients:

2 filet Branzino

2 teaspoons sea salt
-
2-3 tablespoons Zaatar spice

1-2 tablespoons olive oil
-
Zest and juice of 2 lemons

1 teaspoon lemon pepper
-
1 teaspoon garlic powder
-
1 tablespoon fresh oregano
-
1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
Instructions:

Salt branzino and place in the fridge for an hour.

Before you make, squeeze fresh lemon on top and season with lemon zest, zaatar spice, lemon pepper, fresh cracked pepper, garlic powder, and fresh oregano.

Place fish on a well greased grill pan or grill skin side up. Let it cook down for about 5 minutes on each side. I switched from high low flame, and then serve.
