Grilled Artichoke Hearts of Palm Salad

This salad has sumner written all over it. There's absolutely nothing better than throwing afe.


Grilled Artichoke Hearts of Palm Salad


3 cans artichoke hearts

3 cans hearts of palm, sliced

1 tablespoons nutritional yeast

Grapeseed oil (for grilling)


For the Dressing:

2 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon Old Style mustard

1/4 cup chopped shallots

1 tablespoon white wine vinegar

3 garlic cloves, minced

1/2 cup lemon juice

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon fresh oregano

Fresh black pepper



Clean and slice the artichoke and hearts palm and place in a grill pan or bowl and spray generously with oil. Sprinkle nutritional yeast, salt, and pepper and grill.

In the meantime, prepare the dressing. Combine the remaining ingredients in a mason jar and shake. Allow the shallots to marinate for a bit.

Once the artichoke and hearts palm is ready, pour desired amount of dressing on top.


Additional notes

I grilled some fish the same way with the vegetables and poured the dressing on top. Delicious combination!
