Mom's Asian Cabbage Salad

My mom's Asian Cabbage Salad

  • 1 bag of sliced Red Cabbage

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil

  • 2-3 tbsp Bragg's Liquid Amino

  • 2-3 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar

  • 2 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar

  • Packet of Truvia

  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds

  • 1/4 cup Craisins

  • 1/4 cup roasted unsalted cashews

  • 2 Tbsp Sesame seeds

  • Crushed red pepper

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the oil, Vinegars, Bragg's Liquid Amino, Truvia, sesame seeds, crushed red pepper, salt and pepper.

  2. Mix until it forms a dressing

  3. Pour over Cabbage in a salad bowl and sprinkle the Craisins and nuts on top and mix.

  4. Serve and enjoy!

Additional notes

Can sub the Liquid Amino and Truvia for soy sauce or sugar Feel free to add in any nuts you like to spice up the flavor!
