Jicama "Fries"

This recipe is simple and quick. The many ways you can cook this varies from baking it, to air frying or simply fried!

Jicama "Fries"

  • Sliced raw jicama

  • Extra Virgin Olive oil

  • Cinnamon

  • Paprika

  • Tajin

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  1. Pour Olive oil in a bowl over jicama

  2. Sprinkle the seasoning over the jicama generously and toss.

  3. Layer a baking tray with parchment paper and place the jicama on top.

  4. Roast in the oven on 400 for about 40 minutes.
