Roasted Cauliflower + Chickpeas

  • 2 heads cauliflower

  • 1 can of chickpeas

  • 2 tablespoons grape seed oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder 
  • 2 teaspoons nutritional yeast

  • 1 teaspoon Himalayan sea salt


  1. Pre-heat the oven to 400ºF.

  2. Clean and cut cauliflower into pieces.

  3. Drain, rinse, and dry the chickpeas.

  4. Layer a baking tray with parchment paper, add the cauliflower and chickpeas on the tray and drizzle grape seed oil on top. Add the garlic powder and salt and mix to combine. Then add the nutritional yeast, be sure not mix, this is what crisps up the cauliflower.

  5. Roast in the oven for about one hour, or until it crisps.
