Lemon Zested Mushrooms

PREP 10 minutes

COOK 45 minutes

  • 1 lb Oyster Mushrooms

  • 2-3 packs of assorted mushrooms

  • 2 lemons, zested (grated)

  • 1 teaspoon Shallot pepper seasoning

  • Himalayan salt

  • Fresh Thyme

  • Organic olive oil spray

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees

  2. Clean and cut your mushrooms and layer a baking tray with parchment paper.

  3. Place the mushrooms on top and zest the lemons.

  4. Season with salt, and shallot pepper seasoning and place fresh thyme on top.

  5. Spray with olive oil and let it roast for 45 minutes.
