1/3 cup melted coconut oil

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 teaspoon baking powder

2 eggs

2 tablespoons flaxseed meal

3/4 cup coconut sugar

2 cups almond flour

3 tablespoons almond milk

3/4 cup chocolate chips, more for topping

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, and grease a cast iron skillet with coconut oil.

In a large bowl, combine the wet ingredients, coconut oil, vanilla, eggs, almond milk, flaxseed meal, baking powder, and coconut sugar.

Then, add the almond flour and chocolate chips and fold with a spatula.

Pour the mixture into your pie dish, and even it out with the spatula.

Bake in the oven for about 25 to 30 minutes, until the edges are light golden brown., and the center is still slightly underdone. Serve warm and top with ice cream.
