Zataar Crusted Salmon
Ingredients:

1 large fillet salmon (about 2lb), or you can make up to 4 pieces.

5 garlic cloves, crushed or minced

4 tbsp Zataar spice

1 tsp coriander
-
1 tsp lemon pepper
-
1 tsp sumac
-
1 tsp oregano
-
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
-
5 sprigs thyme, off the sprig

Fresh cracked pepper

Fine sea salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive on top of your salmon.

Pour lemon juice on top and spread the garlic on top of your fish.

Season the salmon with spices, and garnish with thyme. Evenly coat, be sure that the zaatar covers most of the fish. (If you're making individual fillets, combine the spices before seasoning).

Roast in the oven for 1 hour at 400 degrees.

Layer salmon on top of a bed of greens and serve. Garnish with fried lemons and sea salt
