Cheesy Roasted Broccoli


  • Two heads Broccoli

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard

  • 2 tablespoons Bragg's Liquid Aminos

  • 1 packet truvia

  • 3 teaspoons paprika

  • 2-3 teaspoons nutritional yeast


  1. Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Clean and cut broccoli into little florets.

  3. Layer a baking tray with parchment paper and place broccoli on top.

  4. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, mustard, paprika, liquid aminos, and truvia and mix.

  5. Pour the mixture on top of broccoli, making sure it gets evenly coated. Then, sprinkle a generous amount of nutritional yeast on top. This will ensure it crisps nicely.

  6. Roast at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
